Medium Risk Confined Spaces [6160-02]
If you are entering a confined space, it is a legal requirement to receive the correct training. A medium risk confined space can be defined in two ways. Firstly, they could have vertical direct access with a continuous connection to a man-riding hoist or smaller mechanical rescue equipment. Secondly, it could be defined as a space where workers cannot be attached to a safety line permanently. Typically, these are team entry spaces where to group moves away from the entry point.
