Do you offer next day delivery?
All our stocked items are available for next day delivery. We offer several delivery options catering to small items such as pressure bursting discs to larger items like jetting hose, all of which can be delivered by courier on a next day service.
Please enquire for delivery times on none stocked items.
Can I pay on my account?
We understand a lot of our customers have an account with us and would prefer to use this method when buying online. If you do have an account please place your order and choose phone payment, please be sure to include your account number.
The order will then be added to your account.
How can I return an items?
Should an item not be suitable we would suggest contacting your local depot to discuss alternatives. In the event that you need to return an item this can be arranged with the depot, a refund or replacement item can then be issued.
Please note some items cannot be returned if they have been used, please see our T&C's.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Please call your local depot to discuss none or out of stock items.
We try to keep stock of our most popular items, any out of stock items are generally replaced within a few days.
Where can I ship my order?
We offer shipping to all UK addresses. Any overseas orders we would ask you to contact the shop whereby a quotation can be supplied.
We ship most items worldwide, including our jetting machines.
