If you are entering a confined space, it is a legal requirement to receive the correct training. A low risk confined space usually has unobstructed access. These spaces have no risk of flooding and have adequate ventilation, this includes stairwells, cellars, valve chambers and pumping stations.

    This course is suited for anyone working in a low risk environment, such as meter pits, valve chambers and stairwells. Course includes preparing to enter and work safely, entering and exiting confined spaces safely, correct use of a gas detector, using equipment and tools, following procedures and dealing with emergencies.
