Jetchem Systems Limited and Superjet are a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Jetchem Systems Limited and Superjet is safe. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns) up to 7 days from receipt, excludes products calibrated to customers specifications.
Pricing
For orders placed from within the EU prices shown exclude VAT (Value Added Tax)* charged at the rate appropriate to the destination country of the order. Please note that local tax and customs duty may apply to orders placed outside the EU. For full details please consult your local Customs office. If you select a currency or a delivery country outside the E.U., prices will be displayed VAT free. Whilst we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped.
Purchasing of Jets/Nozzles
Most of our nozzles / jets are drilled to customers own specifications, as stated by customer when ordering. Custom entered performance and flow will always supercede shop pre-entered variations. Jets and Nozzles will be drilled to customers chosen / stated configuration at all times. Any error on the customers part when entering pressure and flow combinations is solely the responsibility of the customer. Any errors to be notified to Jetchem / Superjet before use of item.
Payment
Jetchem Systems Limited and Superjet accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. Orders paid for using Paypal will be charged in full, this will include the cost of any out of stock items.
For offline orders Jetchem Systems Limited and Superjet accept (£) Sterling Postal Orders, Sterling Bank Drafts and (£) Bank Transfers in Euro (€) or Sterling (£). We recommend that you do not send cash through the post. Due to varying Exchange Rates all payments made to Jetchem Systems Limited and Superjet must be in UK Pounds (£) Sterling (Excluding bank transfers).

For all orders placed to 'collect in store'. All items are currently only available from our head office, north west depot. Whilst we try to keep the stock levels on the online store up to date, occasionally items may be unavailable and customers are urged to ring before coming to collect. our contact number is 01706 828 888.

Most items are avilable to collect in store within half an hour of ordering, should an item not be in stock we will make every effort to contact the customer prior to them arriving for collection. Collections available from 8.30am to 5.30pm, collecitons required outside these times on arrangement only. please contact us to discuss.
Online Returns Policy
You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give notice of cancellation.
To cancel an order, you must inform us by phone or email. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact and in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. In the case of building cleaning products all drums must be sealed and unopened for any credit to take place.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via phone or e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Any orders for goods supplied to none standard specifications (ie jets, purpose built units) are non-returnable. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Stock Levels
Jetchem Systems Limited and Superjet updates the availability of the entire stock list several times a day. Items that are 'Out Of Stock' will be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked 'In Stock', we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
Out of Stock Orders
There are times when items become temporarily 'Out Of Stock', and these items are marked as such in the site. If you order an 'Out Of Stock' product, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Your credit card will not be debited until the item returns to stock and we are ready to dispatch the product.

Accuracy of Information
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
