We manufacture and supply for either sale or hire a wide selection of Ultra High Pressure water jetting units, along with all associated ancillaries.
Applications for water jetting equipment are vast, surface preparation, hydro demolition, tube bundles, drainage and sewer pipes, cover just a small part along with other jet cleaning and cutting tasks which
can be completed by utilising the correct pressure and flow along with specialist water jets.
Offering installation advice along with commissioning on site if required.

In standard format, engines up to 160kW can be installed then coupled
to a high performing triplex plunger pump that can produce pressures
up to 43,500 psi (3000 bar) with flow rates of up to 445 lpm (98 igpm)
with higher flow rates available above this power.

Driver/Engineer provided with lorry to eliminate downtime and assist your operators in "Setting Up" and dismantling ensuring continuity of operation during the application. (Engineer available for trailer unit if required). |

Based upon the same format as our trailer mounted units, the open
skid version comes with lifting eyes and floor mounting provisions.
Many more features can be fitted to your unit with more options on
build equipment and accessories to ensure that you get the
maximum from your centurion.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is essential when
jetting with high pressure water.
Jetchem and Superjet stock items from simple waterproof rain suits
up to specialist material body armour and foot shields that will protect
from the nozzle impact created by ultra high pressure water up to
40,000 psi (2800 bar).
REMEMBER
High pressure water is extremely dangerous if used incorrectly and
all protection measure shoudl be taken whilst using.
